iStudio

iStudio for YouTube

iStudio is a social-media scheduler. It uploads your own video to your own YouTube channel, with the title and description taken from your caption — scheduled from one place alongside your other accounts.

How it works

  1. Connect YouTube. You click "Connect YouTube" and authorize on Google's consent screen. You grant the two permissions below; iStudio never sees your password.
  2. Compose a post. Add one video and a caption; choose the visibility, whether it is Made for Kids, and whether it was made with AI.
  3. Upload. iStudio uploads the video to your own channel via the YouTube Data API. The caption's first line becomes the title and the rest the description.
  4. Find it on YouTube. The video appears on your channel with the visibility you chose. Disconnect any time; iStudio revokes its access at Google and deletes the stored credential.

Permissions iStudio requests

iStudio requests only the permissions it needs, and nothing more:

🎤

Manage your YouTube videos youtube.upload

Uploads the video you scheduled to your own channel. It is used for nothing else — iStudio never edits or deletes videos already on your channel.

👤

View your YouTube account youtube.readonly

Reads your channel's name and picture so iStudio can show which channel you connected. Nothing is ever written with it, and no channel other than your own is read.

What iStudio does not do

Your data

iStudio stores the access token for the account you connect (encrypted) so it can publish on your behalf, and removes it when you disconnect. See our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Data Deletion pages.
